Additional Support
If you’ve experienced a problem online, this page can help you find the right organisations, guidance and next steps for your situation.
If you’re concerned about an online safety issue, you don’t have to deal with it alone. A wide range of organisations provide free advice, guidance and support for children, parents, educators, businesses and individuals affected by online harms.
Whether you’re experiencing cyberbullying, online abuse, fraud, harmful content, privacy concerns, identity theft or another online safety issue, the organisations listed below may be able to help. Each provides specialist support, information or reporting services designed to help you stay safe online and access further assistance where needed.
Online Responsibility Network (ORN) is committed to promoting a safer digital environment for everyone. While we don’t provide direct support services, we’ve compiled this directory to help connect people with trusted organisations that can offer expert advice and practical assistance.
Please note
This page provides information and signposting only. It doesn’t replace emergency services, legal advice or platform reporting mechanisms. If there’s an immediate risk to someone's safety or a criminal offence has occurred, contact the relevant emergency services or law enforcement agency in your area.
