On Thursday 24th September, we're asking one simple question...
What kind of online citizens do we choose to be, and how do our actions affect others?
Who can take part?
Schools & Youth Zones
Children of all ages will play a huge part in our digital future. Online responsibility for children includes; taking ownership of their online experiences, choosing to stay safe, recognising and reporting suspicious activity, protecting their identity and personal information, being kind to others and learning the future impact of digital footprints.
Parents & Carers
We all have a part to play in shaping online culture. Online responsibility for adults includes; taking ownership of our responsibility to create a positive culture for today and tomorrow, realising the impact of our words and actions online and demanding more protections from the online platforms and services we use.
Companies
Encouraging and demonstrating responsible innovation. For businesses, it’s a chance to voice their commitment to online responsibility; the choices made and actions taken to encourage positive online spaces - in line with changing regulation - because it’s the right thing to do for their online users and customers.
